So over the next few weeks we are introducing the Baseline WOD (dun dun dun). Basically this is going to be yet another benchmark that you can all use to monitor your progression. Based on your time in the WOD you will be put into 1 of 4 categories, 1 being beginner and 4 being elite. Many of your times may fall in between certain levels but you will all know where you are currently and have an idea of where you would like to progress to.

I’d like everyone to complete this WOD at some stage over the next few weeks and we will put all times/levels on the Benchmark board for motivation.

For starters this WOD will first appear as part of next Tuesdays class and we’ll move on from there.
The WOD is as follows:

row 500m
40 squats
30 situps
20 pushups
10 pullups
If you cannot do pullups yet then you will do 20 jumping pullups
