1st muscle up
Have your goals laid out guys. Grayson decided that he was going to do a muscle up in April and got it within the first week of consistently trying!.It only takes 5-10 min practice before your workouts. Whatever you want to achieve, just approach us and we’ll get you on the path.
For tomorrows 6pm and 7pm classes we’ll be heading out to the park.
