If you complete 10 min at min 11 you will start to add one rep to each movement. You will do this for each min following till you complete 20 min. Example: at 15 min you will complete 8 power cleans, 8 front squats, and 8 jerks.

Even – 6-8 DB Deadlifts + 6-8 DB Thrusters
