Tomorrow is Barbells for Boobs. We will be starting at 9am. If you have not yet donated and would still like to you may donate at CFN when you come in on Saturday morning.

Bent barbell rows
8-8-8-8; as heavy as possible. Focus on keeping your back tight and pulling to your bellybutton. Do not sacrifice weight for positioning.
