12 Toes to Bars
12 Burpees
Run 200 meters

If the round takes you more than 2:30, lower the reps by 2 on each movement. If the round takes you less than 2 min increase the reps by 1-2 reps each movement.

Alpha – as written(you may scale up to 10 HSPU instead of burpees
Bravo – 8 Toes o bar, the rest of the WOD as written
Charlie – 8 Hanging leg raises, 8 burpees, run 200
Delta – 8 knee tucks, 8 burpees, Run 100 Meters
