Tomorrow is “Steele!” We will be doing this WOD at the 9 and 10am classes. Please come support and do an awesome WOD in memory of a fallen Hero.

A. Snatch – Heavy Double; Re-Set between reps, no more than 6 seconds between each
B. Pause Front Squat – Heavy Double; pause 2 sec

For those of you who have an issue with going over head you will do a clean. If you are new to Snatching, you can use this time to practice.
