You should be able to do all 5 of the pulls unbroken, I don’t want you to come off the bar at any time. Scale as needed to do so. Same as the push-ups. You shouldn’t have to stop at any point. Make sure you scale as needed for that as well. Rowing, just get as many calories as possible in the reaming time.
