So today we are going to work on the movements/WOD that give/gave you the most trouble.

squat, overhead squat, push-press, push-jerk, clean or snatch etc….

 It’s your choice.

5 rounds of:

row 250 meters

left single arm db overhead walking lunge steps

left single arm db snatch

right single arm db overhead walking lunge steps

right single arm db snatch
