So Gil and I were up in NJ for the weekend and had some time to kill. We google mapped ‘high school’ in the hope of finding a track (which we did) but as we pulled up we saw all this stuff in the field next to it so we put some stuff together for this workout. No excuse for not being able to make it to the gym!
