Monday and Tuesday – Same schedule as usual
Wednesday – No 6:30 Class
Thursday – One class at 9:30
Friday – One class at 9:30
Saturday – One class at 10am
Sunday – Open Gym


It is with GREAT sadness on November 17 of this month the world lost an amazing person, Laura Datallo-Fahey. In the middle of running a half marathon she suffered a massive heart attack. She was deprived of oxygen for so long that she suffered a tremendous amount of brain damage. She was kept on life support for short time and was taken off when they found out her brain would never come out of this state.  Laura was one of the original members of CrossFit Newton in 2009 and was always a supportive and inspiring person. It’s always unfair when someone so young leaves this world so soon. Laura leaves behind her husband, Kevin, and two amazing little girls. A Go Fund Me account has been set up to help alleviate any stress from funeral costs and college funding.  If you would like to contribute you can click here

Because of the limited rowers you will share. Allow your partner to start the run. At the 7 min mark you can start. Partner up with someone who is either faster than you or slower than you. Allow the faster of the two to go first.
