(Squat)Clean + Front Squat
1+1@60%, 1+1@70%, 1+2@75%x2, 1+2@80%
If you are not yet comfortable with the clean you may do a power clean and then front squat.  Make sure if you power clean you must add another front squat to the complex.

15 burpees

Weight choices and modifications:
Power cleans – 135/95, 115/80, 95/65, 65/45, If you are not yet comfortable with the clean you will do 30 KBS each round. Weight choices for these are: 53/35, 45/25, 35/15
