7 Chest to bar Pull-ups
for the squats choose a weight that will allow you to do all 7 reps unbroken and without a lot or struggle.
Weight choices and modifications:
Overhead Squats – 115/80, 95/65, 65/45, 45/15-35, Front squats if overhead squats are not an option
Chest to bars – Pull-ups or jumping pull-ups
