For wall Balls use the weight you used for Karen

*If you Completed Karen in 7 min or less complete 15 Wall Balls
**If you completed Karen in Over 7 min do 10 Wall Balls
***If you have any issue with Jerks you may just complete the Clean and NOT the Jerk(still do the wall balls)
