Congrats to Jodie and her team for coming in first place in this past weekends competition in Nashua. Great job!!!!

Don’t forget to sign up for classes and post your scores to Box HQ. To sign up for class click calss pre-registration and click on the class you would like to attend.  To add your score click WOD tracking, then click view wod calendar, then click the day you would like to post for.  If you are having issues with these you may contact Info@CrossFitNewton and we will help you. We would like everyone to start signing up for classes, this way we could keep track of things better. Thank you 🙂

Thrusters
Run 100 meters between each set of thrusters

Weight choices and modifications:
Thrusters – 95/65, 75/55, 65/45, if you have mobility issues you may do Dumbbell thrusters
Run – if running isn’t an option you may row 150 in place of the 100 meter run
