A. Halting Snatch(below the knee) + Halting Snatch(mid thigh) + Pause Overhead Squat(10 sec) – 1+1+1 x 5@65-70%. If you are not proficient in this movement yet, use this time to focus on technique. Go by feel.
B. Back Squat – 10RM, -5% x 10, -10% x 10(Start at 65-70%, you will be going up in weight each week)
