Hey Guys, hope you are all enjoying this awesome weather! Its going to be getting really hot in the gym over the next few weeks so be prepared.
I’m really happy that people have been coming to the open gym on Sundays. I do however need to clear up a few things. The purpose of these sessions is to do skill/strength work only. Its not a time to come in and catch up on a WOD or do an individual workout. I can’t and don’t want to manage 3 or 4 people all doing different WODs at the same time. If there are only 1 or 2 people then we might be able to arrange something but that will be done on a week by week basis.
Again: the purpose of the open gym is to work on particular skills or strength movements that you are having difficulty with so that you can get the most out of the weekly WODs. Feel free to talk to me about it if you have any questions. -John
