On Saturday October 25th at 9am, CFN will be participating in the fundraser “Barbells For Boobs.”
The workout is 30 Clean and Jerks for time. You may use whatever weight that is fit for you to complete the workout in 10 min or under. I am hoping for the whole gym to participate. I understand if you have a prior commitment. We will have a sign up at the front desk for you to sign. We will have heat assignments a few days before the event. For more info here is the link:
