**When rowing, athlete will start at one end of the gym and alligator walk to the rower, once row is completed they will alligator walk back to the other end, tagging their teammate who will then alligator walk to the rower. You may bear crawl if needed.

**When biking, athlete will sprint to the bike, complete their work and then sprint back, tagging their partner will then sprint to the bike.
