If you are signed up for the open you must at least row the 60 calories. After that you may scale the WOD if you can’t do the toes to bar. Instead of toes to bar you may to knees to elbow or knees to chest. Wall balls may be scaled as well if can’t do the weight. The power cleans can be scaled to either 115/80 or 95/65. The muscle-ups may be scaled to 60 pull-ups.
Only scale the WOD if you need to.
