Team workout
Two teams(number of athletes per team depends on how many people show up)
Ski – Switching every :60 sec, 10 KBS each time you get off the ski
Bike – Switching every :30 sec, 20 Hollow Rocks each time you get off the Bike
Row – Switching Every :30 sec, 6 Burpee Box Jumps each time you get off the Rower

Amount of time at each station will also be dependent on how many of you show up
