Run 1 mile
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
Run 1 mile

You may partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as you’d like. If you are new to CrossFit Newton you may also do 1/2 Murph. We can scale the workout as needed.
