Partner WOD
sled drag 100 meters outside@275/185(each athlete)
farmers carry 200 meters@70/53 (each athlete)
sled drag 100 meters(each athlete)
400 meter run(together)

Athlete 1 will drag the sled 100 meters while athlete 2 rests, then you switch. Once you have both completed the sled drag athlete 1 will do a 200 meter farmers carry and athlete 2 will complete 30 burpees. Once athlete 1 completes the carry they will switch and athlete 2 will complete the carry while athlete 1 completes 30 burpees. Once you have both completed the farmers carry and burpee you will each do a second sled drag of 100 meters.
