Weight choices and modifications:
Run with med ball – you may scale to 400 or 200 if needed or run 800 without a ball
Wall balls – 20/14, 14/10
Toes to bar – knees to chest or knee tucks or sit-ups(with or without weight)
Plate hold – 45/25, 25/15
