AMRAP 8 – Bike for Cals
AMRAP 8 – DB Burpee Plate step Overs@50/35#
AMRAP 8 – Rope Climbs or Standing Sled Drag

Each team of 6 will have 2 athletes at each station. After 8 min athletes will switch to the next station.
