Row 300 meters
5-10 HSPU
Rest while your partner works. You may start your round only when your partner gets off the rower to start his/her HSPU. Since you have rest between rounds I want you to transition from one movement to the next with minimal rest.

Weight choices and modifications:
SDHP – 70/53, 53/35, 45/25
HSPU – scale to no more than 2 abmats or you may do 2-3 wall climbs
