Going with yesterdays mainsite WOD today guys (modified)

warmup
3 rounds of:
10 x front squat , back squat , overhead squat with PVC
10 KB swings
10 push ups – ladies do 5

Skill
practice whichever of the 3 movements in the workout you are weakest at.

WOD
AMRAP 12 min
Front squat 5 reps – men 155-185 , ladies 95-115
10 C2B pullups – if doing band assisted then do 15
20 double unders – 40 regular turns
