Hang Snatch
2-2-2-2-2; by feel, Focus on positioning, and speed under the bar
If you need to power snatch do so and then lower into the overhead squat position. If you have an issue with the overhead squat do 10 overhead squats with a PVC pipe after each set of snatches.
