Standing Sled Pull 50′(small sled)
Single Arm Overhead Carry + Suitcase Carry 50 meters each arm
Bar Hang :30-45 Sec
Hollow Hold :up to :60 Sec

Notes:
You shouldn’t get stuck on the sled
Pull should be smooth and focused
Overhead Carry should not be heavy and elbow should be locked out
The hang should be active for as long as possible during your hang time
