Those of you who are competing on Saturday should take Friday off. There will only be an Open gym from 8-9 on Saturday. There will be no regular classes.

Stiff Leg Row :60 Sec With underhand Grip
Inch Worm :60 Sec
Ski :60 Sec
Star Fish Plank :30 Sec Each Side(scale to knees, keep legs together or go down to forearm)
