The challenge starts Monday. The cost is 10$ a person.

The way the challenge works

There will be a list of yes and no foods. Each time you go off the yes list you will lose a point. There will also be ways to earn points. Individually and as a team. Each week there will be various fun team challenges to gain more points. At the end of the week you will tally up your teams scores and put it up on the whiteboard. At the end of the challenge the top three teams will earn cash and prizes.

Please start choosing teams A.S.A.P. If you have an issue finding teammates or don’t know who to ask email I want all of you to join in. This is going to be lots of fun. I really don’t want any of you to miss out. whether you just started or if you’ve been here for years doesn’t matter. Sign up anyway.

I am going to set up a page and message group for the challenge on Facebook so we can exchange recipes and our experiences. Also, I think it’ll be a lot of fun.

The yes and no food list will be posted with the WOD on Friday.

I understand that some of you have allergies and certain issues. Not to worry. We can work with that.
