Heres the latest video guys. There’s a glitch in the audio towards the end that I couldn’t fix and the whole thing was kinda just thrown together last minute with very little editing but I hope you can all enjoy it none the less.

mobility work – leg swings, arm circles etc
10 of everything with PVC pipe – 1 round

For those of you that do FRAN RX your goal for this WOD should be to do each set unbroken. You may rest between each of the movements but once you grab a hold of either bar you must complete 9 reps before letting go.
For those of you who do not do it RX it will be scaled accordingly
