This should be a fun WOD!!! Don’t under estimate it.

6 athletes on a team(3 athletes will be on the bike and 3 will be on the rower). The bikes and rowers will be set up on opposite sides of the gym. You will be standing on the opposite side of the gym across from the equipment you will be using. At 3.2.1..Go! the first athlete will run to the bike or the rower. Once they have completed their turn they will run back and tag their teammate, who will then run to the rower or bike. The idea here is to sprint. So you are looking for the max effort you can put in for whatever time you choose. Don’t redline, but go HARD! Each team is trying to accumulate as many calories as possible.
