How this workout is done:
1 wall climb
2 hr push-ups, 1 wall climb
3 toes to bar, 2 hr push-ups, 1 wall climb
4 split jumps, 3 toes to bar, 2 hr push-ups, 1 wall climb
……….ETC.

1 wall climb
2 hr push-ups
3 toes to bar
4 split jumps
5 burpees
6 KBS
7 chest to bar pull-ups
8 box jumps
9 wall balls
10 power cleans
11 STO
12 front squats

45 min cap. scale the weight and movement in order to complete this workout.

barbell movements – 135/95, 115/80, 95/65, 75/54-55
box jumps – 24/20, 20/16
kbs – 70/53, 53/35, 45/25, 35/15
wall balls – 20/14, 15/13
chest to bar pull-ups – pull-ups, jumping
toes to bar – knee tucks
