Once 7 rounds are completed do the following:
76 Burpees
241 double unders

*You may break up the burpees and double unders as you like

Bravo – 4 Chest to Bars or Pull-Ups
Charlie – Banded Pull-ups and single unders
Delta – 8 Ring Rows and single unders
