A. EMOM 20
For todays EMOM you will choose 2 different Movements and alternate between them. One movement might be some type of skill you’d like to work on. The other might be something you might not like so much, but know you should Get better at:) If you are new to CrossFit Newton the coach can help you choose your movements.

Example 1:
Even min – Muscle-Ups or Toes to bar
Odd min – Thrusters or Wall Balls

Example 2:
Even Min – Rope climbs
Odd min – Pistols or Pistol progression

Example 3:
Even – HSPU
Odd – Cleans

B. Mid-Line
4-5 Rounds
10 L-Sit with leg raise(not what you think it is)
:30 Sec hollow Rock
12 Double leg kick backs
