For todays EMOM you will choose 2 different Movements and alternate between them. One movement might be some type of skill you’d like to work on. The other might be something you might not like so much. You may also choose a movement you like and a movement you dislike, but know you  should Get better at 🙂

Example:
Even min – Wall Balls
Odd min – Kipping pull-ups or muscle-ups
