A. EMOM 6 – 2 hang snatch+OHS; start at 60% and add weight each set. When you fail, drop 15-20# and complete the EMOM. If you don’t know your max you will go by feel. If you are new to snatching use this time to practice technique. If you have issues with mobiity we will adjust for that when you get here.
B. Back squat – 5-1-5-1-5-1; by feel, Example: 5@70%, 1@85%, 5@75%, 1@90%, 5@75%, 1@90%
