A. EMOM 14 – Even2 hang cleans, Odd = 6-10 burpees, Start at 50% and go up by feel. If you fail drop 10-15# and complete the rest of the EMOM. If you are not able to keep position do not try for unbroken reps. If you are just learning cleans use this time to practice technique.
