Our schedule has changed a bit.

We have added a 5:30 and 7 pm WOD on Tuesday nights, a 5:30 WOD on Thursday and an 11:00 WOD on Saturdays. Our Newton North Hockey Strength and conditioning will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5:30 and Sundays from 5-6:30.
