50 kettlebell swings (1 pood, 36 lb)

50 walking lunge steps

50 push-press (oly bar, 45 lb)

50 hanging knee 2 elbow

50 wall ball (20 lb ball)

50 back extensions

50 burpees

50 double unders

do not go to the next exercise untill you complete 50.
