Starting next week I will be posting a challenge WOD every week.
The challenge WOD will be a bit harder(just a bit) than the normal daily WOD.
The challenge WOD must be done here.
It can be done at anytime, any day of the week
Just come in and say you wanna do the challenge
I will post two different ones. A level one and a level two.
There can be no scaling. WODs are done as written
If you can’t run, sub rowing. Only if you physically can’t run.
