Workout 16.1

If you are signed up for the “OPEN,” come in earlier than the 4:30 class if possible, that way we don’t have to worry about space. You can do this workout on Saturday as well. We will have plenty of time to get it done. If we need we can add another hour on Saturday and go till 12.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 95 lb.
Women lunge 65 lb.

Masters 55-49
Men – lunge 65 lb
Women – Lunge 45 lb

Scaled
(Scaled Men, Scaled Masters Men 40-44, Scaled Masters Men 45-49, Scaled Masters Men 50-54, Scaled Women, Scaled Masters Women 40-44, Scaled Masters Women 45-49, Scaled Masters Women 50-54)

25-ft. front rack walking lunge
8 burpees
25-ft. front rack walking lunge
8 jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 45 lb.
Women lunge 35 lb.

Those of you not signed up for the open will do the following:

AMRAP 20
12 stationary lunges with a plate
8 burpees
12 stationary lunges with a plate
8 chest to bars or pull-ups
