Make sure your judge records the time after each round of muscle-ups or pull-ups

RX
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 power snatches
3 bar muscle-ups

Men use 75 lb.
Women use 55 lb.

If you Can’t do bar Muscle-ups you will put in score of 10 and do 5 chest to bar pull-ups each round. If you can’t do chest to bars you will complete 5 pull-ups.

Scaled
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 power snatches
5 jumping chest-to-bar pull-ups
Men use 45 lb.
Women use 35 lb.

Masters 55-59
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 power snatches
5 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Men use 65 lb.
Women use 45 lb.

Extra
Pause Front Squat – heaviest 5; pause 1 sec on the first rep, 2 seconds on the second rep, 3 on the third, 4 on the fourth, and 5 on the fifth.
