6 hanging leg raises (partial if necessary- legs must remain straight)

2 muscle ups (scalable with bands if necessary)
4 HSPU (to 45lb plate with mat on top , women use 2 25lb plates – kipping is ok)
6 toes to bar
8 jumping lunges each leg
