First off guys I love that some of you have started showing up early and are heading over to the bars to practice your pullups. They will come I promise you, its all completely dependent on how much time you put into it so keep it up.

The tutorial below is of Jason Khalipa teaching the kipping pull up. His method is slightly different from the way I have been showing you guys (he initiates the swing with legs, I usually do it with chest) but its all along the same lines. I hope you all get something out of it and Ill see you guys over the next few days hopefully implementing these skills. – John
