Use the same weight as last Mondays WOD. Volume wise this is only 5 more reps than last week. If the weight was a bit light, go up.

Weight choices:


Tonight at 7:30 will start Getting gymnasty with Sydney. This will be ongoing every Monday evening. Each week the theme will be different(toes to bar, rope climbs, dips, muscle-ups……etc). This week the theme is pull-ups. This is a perfect clinic for those of you who are having issues with the kip, linking pull-ups or even getting a strict pull-up. Like the Olympic lifting clinics on Wednesdays this is a free class and will not count towards your weeks classes.

On the 23rd of the month CrossFit Newton will be hosting there 2nd annual Mass Mayhem Garage Games event. We are in need of judges. Everyone who judged last year had a great time.
