A. 3 Front Squat + 3 Back Squat – Build to a heavy set for your front squat; once you reach your heaviest set go for max reps on the back squat portion. Try not to go to complete failure though.
B1. Barbell Bent Rows – 8-10 x 4 sets(underhand grip. pull to belly)
B2. Weighted Plank – Max time x 4 sets
*Just before each set of squats roll out your glutes, quads, hamstrings and lats(closer to the arm pit) do each spot for :30 sec.
Front rack KB Carry – 100 meters x 3
Face Pulls – 10 x 3 sets
