Bravo – Each time you get off the bike complete 1 Burpee Muscle-up, 2 HSPU(you may kip HSPU if needed),6 KBS@70/53
Charlie – Each time you get off the bike complete 3 Dips, 5 Burpees, 7 KBS@53-70/35-53
Delta – Each time you get off the Bike complete 3 HR Push-Ups, 5 Burpees, 7 KBS
