40 yds walking  kb swings 1.5 pood men / 1 pood women

40 yds walking lunges with med ball overhead.

40 partner wall balls 15-20/10-13

3 suicides 60 yds total(that means run really fast)

40 yds bounding

20 chest slap push-ups men/20  push-ups women
