Athlete 1 – 20/15 Cal Row
Athlete 2 – 15 Burpee Box Jumps@24/20
Athlete 3 – 15 KBS@70/53

*Each athlete will start at a different place. You may not move to the next exercise till all athletes are done with the prescribed work. Continue cycling through till each athlete completes 5 rounds. Don’t make your teammates wait. Get through your reps as fast as you can 🙂
